Yes, we have a shuttle bus service from JR Sapporo Station to our hotel.

Reservation Fee

Fee: 500 yen per person, one way (tax included)
Children who need a seat will be charged the same as the adult fee.
※Please make payment at the front desk on the day of your stay.
(No charge for those who have already made a reservation by phone or through the hotel's official website.)

Reception　Point

The group bus stop at the North Exit of JR Sapporo Station

Reception will begin 15 minutes prior to bus departure.
Please tell your name to our staff wearing a yellow jacket.

■Please arrive at the group bus stop at the north exit of JR Sapporo Station 15 minutes before the bus departure.
■Staff wearing a yellow jacket will be waiting for you.
■Before boarding the bus, please tell the staff your name.
■Seating is unreserved. Depending on how crowded the bus is, you may be asked to use a jump seat. 
■Diagonal crossings from bus stops are very dangerous. Please make sure to use the pedestrian crossing.

【Cancellation Policy for Shuttle Bus】

We have a cancellation policy for shuttle bus from 6 days prior to your stay.

※ ％ is the ratio of the penalty to the shuttle bus fee.

Note:

• The departing time schedule is very punctual.
• Please note that the shuttle bus may not arrive on time on traffic conditions.
• Please note that neither Shogetsu Grand Hotel or the bus company will not be responsible for the loss of
  your luggage and/or personal belongings.
• The bus reception will be closed when the bus seats are full.
• If your plan on using the bus service, reserving this in advance is essential.
